Use cinnamon oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.
This oil can be massaged into the body to relieve sore, fatigued muscles and improve circulation.
Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath.
Make an antimicrobial and breath-freshening mouthwash using cinnamon oil. Add 3 drops cinnamon oil, 3 drops peppermint oil, 2 drops clove oil, and 2 drops tea tree oil to 2 cups of warm water. Store this in a jar and use it to rinse the mouth out each morning and evening.
