Use frankincense oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.
Apply this oil to muscles and joints to relieve pain and inflammation.
To relieve menstrual discomfort, blend 3 drops frankincense oil and 2 drops sandalwood oil with a carrier oil and massage it over the abdomen.
Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath.
